How much do I have to pay for the program?Nothing! This program is fully funded by our sponsoring employers. Once you are hired and placed in the program you will be paid by the employer and they will cover book and tuition costs.

What pay can I expect after I complete the Earn and Learn programs?The starting pay is based on Department of Labor guidelines. This may vary from year to year. Please check with the Program Coordinator before you apply. You will get a bump in pay every 6 months in the program.

You will still need to have the correct scores on your placement testing, but you are eligible to participate in the Apprenticeship program. Am I guaranteed a position if I am qualified for the program?Just like any job, you have to interview and get hired by one of our sponsoring employers You will stay in our qualified applicant pool until you are offered an Apprenticeship or remove yourself from contention.

What do I do for Health Insurance?Health insurance will be provided by the employer who sponsors you as their apprentice. You will be hired full time with all the benefits that the company provides.
