ICC Earn and Learn apprenticeship participants have the opportunity to earn a degree or certificate with little to no college debt. In some cases, participants may receive a stipend while attending classes.
Participants are provided with advanced skill sets, meeting the specific needs of regional employers:
Apprenticeship program participants receive 300 to 450 hours of coursework for each year of apprenticeship, along with a guaranteed minimum hourly payment and coverage of the cost of tuition, fees, and books.
Apprenticeship program candidates must apply to ICC and receive pre-qualification prior to company interviews.
