Academic Support Center

The Academic Support Center continues supporting students online. Online tutoring is available, as well as assistance with the online learning environment and tools such as Blackboard. See our webpage for more information.

Access Services

Students with disabilities should send each of their faculty a picture of their blue accommodation card that was issued to them to continue to receive necessary testing and other accommodations online. Additional questions can be emailed to accessservices@iccprod.kinsta.cloud.

Admissions

Admissions representatives are available to virtually meet with prospective students and their families via our webpage chat, Facetime, Skype, Zoom, email at admissions@iccprod.kinsta.cloud or by phone 309-694-5200. For more information, also visit our webpage.

Advising Services

Advisors are working both remotely and on campus to assist students with enrollment. Please schedule your appointments online or email your advisor.  Advisors are available for consultation via phone, Skype, or email.  For questions, please call 309-694-5281 and your call will be forwarded to the appropriate advisor. Cooperative Agreements (C.A.R.E.E.R. Programs)

If you are an in-district student who wants to enroll in an applied science career degree or career and technical education certificate program, but ICC does not offer your area of interest, you may be able to attend the program of your choice at another Illinois community college at that institution’s in-district rate. For more information and to apply for the Comprehensive Agreement Regarding the Expansion of Education Resources agreement, visit our webpage.

Career Services

Career Services can assist you with career planning, resume development, and preparation for a job search. The Career Services Team can be reached at careerservices@iccprod.kinsta.cloud to set up a phone, Skype or Zoom meeting. Change Request – Degree or Certificate of Study

If you are:

  • a new student who applied to ICC but never attended
  • took classes in the past and are now returning
  • or decided to pursue a new program of study

Please complete the appropriate form below and email it to programchange@iccprod.kinsta.cloud.

Current students should only change and/or add program(s) of study after meeting with an academic advisor to discuss the program best fitting your educational goals.

These forms will ensure:

  • You receive appropriate academic advising for the program of study on your record.
  • Your eligibility for financial aid is correctly determined.
  • Your student record contains the degree and/or certificate(s) you are pursuing at ICC.
  • You are able to apply to graduate through your eServices account.

Once we receive your information, we will update your program and send you a confirmation e-mail so you’ll be able to enroll in classes for your correct program of study.

If interested in Associate in General Studies, Associate in Arts, Associate in Science or Associate in Engineering Science degree.

Once we receive your information, we will update your program and you will be able to enroll classes in your correct program of study.

Non-Degree Seeking Students

If you need to update your program of study, but are not intending to earn a degree from ICC, you may request your program of study change through email at programchange@iccprod.kinsta.cloud. Your email should include:

  • Your first and last name
  • ICC Student ID
  • Date of Birth
  • Your intention of enrolling in courses but not earning a degree at ICC

Counseling

If you are in need of community support (food, etc), our counseling staff has up-to-date information on community resources available. Contact us at counseling@iccprod.kinsta.cloud. In addition, ICC offers virtual counseling services for all current ICC students. A HIPAA-compliant format is used to ensure confidentiality is maintained. If you are interested in making a counseling appointment during this time, please email us or visit the online scheduler on our webpage.

Enrollment Services

Most enrollment-related services are available online through MyICC and the College website. Our staff are working both remotely and on campus to assist students. Contact us by email at enroll@iccprod.kinsta.cloud to schedule an appointment. Here are detailed instructions on how to enroll using MyICC. If there is a hold on your account that is blocking your ability to enroll, please read and follow the hold instructions. If you have questions or need assistance, contact Enrollment Services at enroll@iccprod.kinsta.cloud.

Enrollment and Degree Verifications

If you need a letter stating your dates of enrollment for loan deferment, good student discount, or an enrollment verification please complete the Enrollment Verification form and email it to enroll@iccprod.kinsta.cloud.

Financial Aid

For Financial Aid questions, please visit MyICC and select Financial Aid or email financialaid@iccprod.kinsta.cloud.

High School Transcripts

If you have been asked to provide your official high school transcript, please contact your high school directly to request a copy be sent to Illinois Central College. Most high schools are able to send official transcripts electronically through a digital credential service such as Parchment. If the transcript has to be mailed, please send to: Enrollment Services, Illinois Central College, 1 College Drive, East Peoria, IL 61635.

Library

The Library is online and ready to support students through chat and email. We also offer assistance with adapting to the online learning environment and tools such as Blackboard. Office 365

Testing Center

In-person testing at ICC is suspended. All regular proctored tests will be done through the instructors. If you need to take a placement test or need a reader or a scribe for a proctored test, please contact us at testing@iccprod.kinsta.cloud or peoriatesting@iccprod.kinsta.cloud.

Transcripts

We are still able to email pdf transcripts for most students. Please visit our Request a Transcript page for more information and to place your order. For questions about college transcripts that you recently emailed or mailed to ICC, please contact us at transfertranscripts@iccprod.kinsta.cloud.

Veteran Affairs
