Paying for College
Tuition payment or other arrangements must be made by the tuition due date. Students are notified of their tuition owed and/or other charges through their ICC Student Email. Students may pay their tuition at the time of their enrollment.
Pay Tuition in Full

To pay by mail, make your *check payable to Illinois Central College and mail to:

Pay in Person
You can pay in person at our Enrollment Services office on any campus.
* Returned checks (paper or electronic) will be assessed a $25 service fee.
Setup a Payment Plan(minimum charges required)
ICC payment plans are setup through your MyICC account. The plans allow you to make smaller payments for your tuition, fees, and housing costs over the course of the semester. Payment plan availability and eligibility are based on the date you enroll in classes. Fees apply to credit/debit card transactions.

Tuition Appeals
Tuition appeals will be considered only when justified by extenuating circumstances such as illness, mandatory job changes, accident, death or illness in immediate family which prevented continued attendance in class(es). Supporting documentation must be submitted or the appeal will not be accepted. There is a limited period of time for the return of textbooks with a full refund. For information on a refund for textbooks, please contact the ICC Bookstore at bookstore@iccprod.kinsta.cloud. All tuition appeals must be submitted by the last business day of the month following the term for which the student is appealing the tuition.
Appeal requests based on non-attendance or unawareness of refund dates or procedures are not considered extenuating circumstances and the appeal will not be accepted.
Approved appeals will result in a tuition waiver for use in a future term. If tuition charges are unpaid, approve appeal may result in removal of all or a portion of the remaining tuition owed. Appeals for tuition fully paid by grants and scholarships may be subject to additional limitations.
