Prior to applying for a Foundation scholarship, you will\u00a0need to apply to ICC<\/a> or be currently enrolled.<\/p>\n

The Online Scholarship Application for the 2022-2023 Academic Year<\/strong> is open October 1,<\/strong> with a priority deadline for submissions of March 1<\/strong>. Applications may be submitted for any remaining scholarships by September 30, 2022<\/strong>.

The Scholarship Application has now closed for the 2022-2023 academic year. If you didn't receive a scholarship, please review our remaining scholarships<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The scholarship application will open again on Oct. 1, 2022, for the 2023-2024 academic year and run through Mar. 1, 2023.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Information to gather for the online scholarship application<\/h3>\n

General Information<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • ICC eServices username and password<\/li>\n
  • ICC Student ID or Social Security Number<\/li>\n
  • ACT score (if applicable)<\/li>\n
  • Email address is very helpful but not required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Background & Goals<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • You will be asked to share your background, future goals, needs, and activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Financial Statements<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Records of income for the previous year; such as W-2 forms for yourself and your parents, per federal guidelines (married students or over the age of 24 do not need his\/her parent's information)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Letters of Recommendation<\/h4>\n
          \n
        • These are to be completed by your chosen references<\/li>\n
        • Recommendations should be from work supervisors, teachers, or counselors (recommendations from family members are not accepted)<\/em><\/li>\n
        • Recommendations must be submitted online\u00a0\u2014 detailed instructions will be provided within the application process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Completing the application<\/h3>\n
            \n
          • The online scholarship application may be completed all at once or section at a time<\/li>\n
          • In order for a section to be saved, you must complete a full page and select the Save button at the bottom of the webpage<\/li>\n
          • Corrections and\/or additions can be made to your application up till the deadline of 11:59 pm on March 1<\/li>\n
          • Computers are available for application completion in all ICC libraries<\/li>\n
          • If you require assistance due to extenuating circumstances, call (309) 694-5324<\/li>\n
          • Incomplete applications will not be considered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Applicants who have a completed application will be considered for each and every scholarship that they qualify for.\u00a0Written notification about whether or not the applicant has been selected for a scholarship will be sent no later than July 15. Only one scholarship will be awarded per applicant.<\/strong><\/p>\n
