Applications may be submitted for any remaining scholarships by <strong>September 30, 2022<\/strong>.<p>\n        \n        <a class='btn' href='https:\/\/apps.icc.edu\/scholarships\/'>Apply Now<\/a><\/blockquote><\/p>\n<p>Foundation scholarship recipients must be\u2026<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Residents of ICC District #514 and be enrolled at ICC<\/li>\n<li>A high school graduate or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Eligible to apply for Federal Aid (International students need to be in accordance with the eligible noncitizen requirements listed on the FAFSA form)<\/li>\n<li>In good standing (2.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale) each semester and cumulatively and complete 67% of their enrolled classes with a grade of a C or better <em>(Some scholarships require a higher GPA)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>A non-recipient of a tuition waiver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Federal Aid in conjunction with Foundation Scholarships<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Many scholarships require applicants to apply for Federal Aid (FAFSA)<\/li>\n<li>Students need to seek Federal Aid prior to applying for a Foundation scholarship<\/li>\n<li>Many students that do not qualify for Federal Aid may still qualify for a Foundation scholarship<\/li>\n<li>If you are receiving other financial aid for the academic year, your scholarship award may be reduced to remain in compliance with Federal Student Aid regulations regarding the amount of aid a student may receive for a semester<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Using Scholarship Funds<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Foundation scholarships are for use at ICC \u2014\u00a0some exceptions are available for <a title=\"Transfer Scholarships Listing\" href=\"\/admissions\/scholarships\/all-scholarships\/\">Transfer Scholarships<\/a><\/li>\n<li>In an attempt to help as many students as possible, it is the policy of the Foundation to only award one Foundation scholarship per student<\/li>\n<li>Specific amounts of scholarships awards vary depending upon available funds and may be adjusted based on hours of enrollment at the time the scholarship recipient's student account is credited<\/li>\n<li>Foundation scholarships connect with student accounting to keep you from being dropped from classes \u2014\u00a0any remaining balance is your responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Foundation scholarships are divided equally between the Fall and Spring semesters funding direct college costs\u00a0<em>(Tuition, books and supplies, and academic-related expenses\u00a0\u2014 priority in that order and subject to each scholarship's allowances)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>When using Foundation scholarship funds for purchasing books, visit the Scholarship Adviser in the Financial Assistance office first to establish bookstore credit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":0,"parent":5010,"menu_order":1,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":[],"acf":[],"publishpress_future_action":{"enabled":false,"date":"1969-12-31 18:00:00","action":"","terms":[],"taxonomy":"","browser_timezone_offset":0},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/iccprod.kinsta.cloud\/students\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/5012"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/iccprod.kinsta.cloud\/students\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/iccprod.kinsta.cloud\/students\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/iccprod.kinsta.cloud\/students\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/5"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/iccprod.kinsta.cloud\/students\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=5012"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"https:\/\/iccprod.kinsta.cloud\/students\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/5012\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":5024,"href":"https:\/\/iccprod.kinsta.cloud\/students\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/5012\/revisions\/5024"}],"up":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/iccprod.kinsta.cloud\/students\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/5010"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/iccprod.kinsta.cloud\/students\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=5012"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
