Whether you decide to join the workforce or transfer to a four-year institution, know this accomplishment has changed the trajectory of your life, and your future will be the better for it. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors as you take the next step in your life and impact the lives of your peers, family, and community.<\/h6>\n<p>Here you will find information on applying for graduation, as well as registering to participate in the Commencement Ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>ICC confers degrees and certificates at the end of Summer, Fall, and Spring semesters. You must apply for graduation prior to the deadline of your final semester.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Diplomas are mailed to the student\u2019s address on file. Addresses can be updated through the \u201cMy Information\u201d section of the MyICC mobile app or the \u201cGeneral Info\u201d tab in eServices.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Deadlines to Apply to Graduate<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Completing in the <strong>Summer Semester<\/strong> (July) &#8211; apply by <strong>June 1<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Completing in the <strong>Fall Semester<\/strong> (December) &#8211; apply by <strong>October 1<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Completing in the <strong>Spring Semester<\/strong> (May) &#8211; apply by <strong>March 1<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The Commencement Ceremony is only offered at the end of Spring semester. You are invited to walk\/participate regardless of which semester during the academic year you completed your degree(s)\/certificate(s) requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Participation in the Commencement Ceremony does not automatically ensure that a student has earned a degree or certificate. Once final grades are posted, degrees and certificates are verified to confer as soon as possible following the ceremony. Diplomas will be mailed to the student approximately 10 weeks after all final grades are posted. Diplomas are mailed to the student\u2019s address on file. Addresses can be updated through the \u201cMy Information\u201d section of <a href=\"https:\/\/my.iccprod.kinsta.cloud\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MyICC<\/a> or the \u201cGeneral Info\u201d tab in <a href=\"https:\/\/eservices.iccprod.kinsta.cloud\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">eServices<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>All potential graduates should receive an invitation to participate in the Commencement Ceremony. If you have questions, please call ICC\u2019s Event Coordinator at (309) 694-5717.<\/p>\n<div id=\"graduating-commencement\" class=\"compartments two-columns\">\n<section>\n<div class=\"featured-image\"><\/div>\n<h3>Application for Degree\/Certificate<\/h3>\n<p>Here\u2019s how to recognize your hard work and apply for graduation:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Applying for graduation is EASY and FREE from your <a href=\"https:\/\/eservices.iccprod.kinsta.cloud\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">eServices<\/a> account<\/strong> Once logged into eServices, select \u201cMy Academics\u201d and then select \u201cApply for Graduation\u201d. You are only eligible to apply for the program of study in which you are enrolled. If you need to add a program of study or change your program of study, please complete a <a href=\"\/students\/student-records\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Change of Program of Study<\/a> form.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"buttons\">\n<li><a title=\"Apply for Degree\/Certificate\" href=\"https:\/\/eservices.iccprod.kinsta.cloud\/psp\/eservices\/EMPLOYEE\/CAMP\/s\/WEBLIB_HCX_RE.H_APPLY_GRADUATION.FieldFormula.IScript_Main\">Apply for Degree\/Certificate<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<div class=\"featured-image\"><\/div>\n<h3>Commencement<\/h3>\n<p>The Commencement ceremony is an opportunity for you, your family and your friends to celebrate all you have accomplished in achieving this milestone in your education.<\/p>\n<div class=\"note tiny\">Participation in the Commencement ceremony is optional, but students <strong>must register<\/strong> by <strong>April 18, 2022<\/strong>. A personalized registration link will be sent to your ICC email.<\/div>\n<p>Summer 2021, Fall 2021, and Spring 2022 graduates are invited to participate in the 2022 Commencement ceremony held at the Peoria Civic Center on Saturday, May 14, 2022, at 2 pm. ICC is committed to celebrating your achievement while also keeping everyone safe.<\/p>\n<p>To participate in the Commencement ceremony, you need to register through the personal link sent to your ICC email from <a href=\"mailto:commencement@iccprod.kinsta.cloud\">commencement@iccprod.kinsta.cloud<\/a>. It will explain how to participate in the ceremony, how to personalize your slide and order your cap &amp; gown. Diplomas can be reprinted at a cost of $25 each. Diploma reprints will be included in our regular diploma printing in January, July, and September.
