This initiative is meant to spread gratitude and celebrate the successes of faculty and staff throughout the College. Nominations can come from any ICC student, faculty, or staff.
On a monthly basis, the Employee Engagement and Support Team will deliver surprises to Cougar Kudos nominees. Nominees from the whole year will be added to the list of potential awardees during ICC’s annual employee recognition ceremony.
