Itemized Statement of Account

Students needing to provide an itemized statement of account to support their request for tuition reimbursement or to provide to a third-party for a given term may request a statement using the online form below. Statements will be emailed to student’s ICC email account and will include grades for the applicable term. Statements requested during a current term will only include courses in which the student is currently enrolled.
